Any subsequent audit or analysis is offered at Midas Studio's discretion following that conversation, under the same non-binding terms.

The "Midas Framework," website copy, and proprietary methodology displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Midas Studio.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy in any preliminary insights shared, Midas Studio is not liable for business decisions made based on complimentary insights provided during the discovery or audit phases.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, or to services provided by Midas Studio, will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
