Our website is hosted using Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare provides security and performance services (CDN). To facilitate this, technical data (such as your IP address) is processed to ensure the secure and stable operation of our site. Where this involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, it is done under appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.

4. Contact Form (Resend)

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your Name, Role, Email, Store URL, Revenue, and Message. This data is processed via Resend (Resend Labs Inc.) to deliver your request to our inbox. Where this involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, it is done under appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.

• Purpose: To evaluate your brand for a potential partnership and perform a preliminary audit.
• Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Pre-contractual measures).

5. Data Retention

We retain the information submitted through the contact form only for as long as necessary to evaluate your inquiry and pursue a potential partnership, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted.
